These terms are an agreement between you and Abhijay Gupta, an individual in India who runs MCPatch ("we", "us"). By using MCPatch you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect.

1. What MCPatch is

MCPatch checks why a remote MCP connector won't connect, writes a fix prompt for your AI coding tool, and scans skills and MCP servers before you install them. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with Anthropic.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you. If you use MCPatch for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.

3. Acceptable use

Only check servers you own or have permission to test. A connector check sends real requests to the server you name. It may register a test OAuth client called "MCPatch check", open the sign-in page, and send a fake code to the token endpoint. That is fine on your own server and not fine on someone else's without their permission.

You agree not to:

use MCPatch to scan, probe or attack systems you are not allowed to test
use tokens or credentials you are not allowed to use
get around the free limit or rate limits, or automate checks at volume
try to break, overload or reach anything behind our server
use MCPatch for anything illegal

We may block or limit access for anyone who breaks these rules.

4. Results are suggestions, not guarantees

Checks run from our server on the public internet, not from inside Claude or any other client, and those clients change over time. A passing check doesn't promise your connector will work, and a failing step is our best reading of the evidence, not a final verdict.

The install check uses rules that can miss harmful code and can flag safe code. A clean result does not mean something is safe to install. Fix prompts are suggestions: review any change before you ship it. You are responsible for what you change, install and deploy.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to what you submit. You let us process it to run checks and show reports, as the Privacy Policy describes. Reports can be opened by anyone with the link.

6. Free and paid plans

The free check allows 3 connector checks a day. We may change this limit.

Paid plans listed on the site:

Premium, $9 a month: 1 connector checked daily, with an email when it breaks, recovers or its tools change.
Team, $30 a month: up to 10 connectors checked daily.
Fix it for me, $79 once: a person finds the cause and sends you the exact fix.

Payments are not open yet. Saying "Yes, I want it" does not charge you or commit you to anything. When payments open, prices are in US dollars plus any tax that applies. Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and the plan stays on until the end of the month you paid for.

Refunds: if you're not happy, email superwired.hq@gmail.com within 7 days of a payment and we will refund it in full.

If prices change, current subscribers hear from us before their next renewal. If we stop a paid plan, we will refund the unused part of your current month.

7. Changes to the service

MCPatch is provided as it is and as available. We may change, pause or stop any part of it. We will try to give paid users notice first.

8. Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, lost data or downtime, that come from using MCPatch or relying on its results. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

9. Ending

You can stop using MCPatch at any time. We may suspend access if you break these terms. Parts that by nature should last, such as sections 4 and 8, continue after that.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.

11. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top. Using MCPatch after a change means you accept the new terms. If a change matters for a paid plan, we will also email you.
